Upgrades (like quartz counters or smart home packages) are quoted upfront. Permits, impact fees, and utilities are itemized in your contract—nothing hidden.
Do you help with financing for first-time or second-home buyers?
bsolutely. Our in-house financing team connects you with local lenders offering low-down-payment options for first homes and investment-friendly terms for second properties. We’ve closed deals with as little as 1% down for primaries and 5% for non-owner-occupied builds.
What warranties come with a Corner Investments home?
very home includes a 1-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, 2–10 structural warranty, and manufacturer warranties on appliances (5–10 years). Our post-closing team schedules a 30-day and 11-month walkthrough to address any settling or minor adjustments—at no cost to you.
